 Shanks Waste Management Ltd (Shanks) has submitted
a planning application to provide a new waste management facility at the Pontypool
Site comprising a mechanical and biological treatment (MBT) plant for the
treatment of residual municipal solid wastes (MSW) generated in the
region. This interface presents an
electronic copy of the Planning Application and Environmental Statement in
its entirety, which is contained in 7 volumes. Please note, all
